Your Role:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement marketing, communications, and bid strategies aligned with our company goals.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all platforms and materials.
  • Content Creation: Oversee content creation for our website, social media, email campaigns, press releases, and bid proposals.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and performance analytics to enhance our online presence.
  • Business Development: Drive marketing initiatives that support new business acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Public Relations: Manage media relations, crisis communications, and external messaging to enhance our public image.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor marketing effectiveness, bid success rates, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing, communications, or bid management, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Expertise: Proficient in digital marketing strategies, content management, and bid writing.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and leadership abilities.
  • Tools: Experience with CRM platforms (Hubspot), marketing analytics tools, and content management systems.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with teams, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve goals.
