Digital Marketing Manager

Tejesta is a design-centered eyewear brand based in Miami, FL, inspired by a diverse range of influences and driven by a vision to create collectible, wearable art. Our eyewear is worn all over the world, recognized as an up and coming brand in the luxury eyewear space. Our frames have been featured in all major fashion publications and are consistently worn by the likes of Justin Bieber, The Kid Laroi, Gigi Hadid, and many more. 

We're seeking a highly organized and analytical Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and work with us in building a leading US-based eyewear business. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our content calendar, tracking marketing metrics, and overseeing our social media presence. You will also play a crucial role in driving revenue growth on Shopify, managing our website, and coordinating email marketing campaigns. Understanding the e-commerce ecosystem, being able to work in a fast-paced business environment, and having high attention to design, taste, and creative is essential to being successful here. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Calendar Management: Maintain and update our content calendar in Notion on a daily basis to ensure timely and consistent content publication.

  • Marketing Metrics and Analytics: Track and analyze marketing metrics from Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Shopify, and update company spreadsheets accordingly.

  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain all Tejesta social media accounts, including timely posting, responding to comments, and creating consistent stories.

  • Shopify Revenue Growth: Analyze revenue trends, marketing trends, and inform management of developments to drive revenue growth on Shopify.

  • Website Management: Responsible for content updates and administrative management of the Tejesta.com website.

  • Asset Management: Organize assets from photoshoots, communicate with videographers and photographers, and ensure timely organization and delivery of projects.

  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify, and social media platforms

  • Experience with email marketing and content management systems

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Nice to Haves:

  • Knowledge of Notion or similar project management tools

  • Graphic design skills are a huge plus
