Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Enterprise Analytics team. This role will be pivotal in leveraging our Snowflake-powered data platform to develop business-focused analytics that drive actionable insights and enhance operational efficiency across our organization.
This position is remote in the US or Canada preferably in the Eastern or Central time zone.
What You'll Do:
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, incorporating data modeling and DAX calculations to deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders using Snowflake data model
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify business trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
Act as a partner to business stakeholders, understanding their operations, gathering requirements, and clarifying goals to ensure alignment and value delivery.
Manage the team’s analytics backlog, prioritize tasks, and oversee delivery to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects.
Enhance the adoption and utilization of Snowflake data models across teams by promoting best practices and educating stakeholders on their value.
Monitor and address data quality issues, particularly in Salesforce (SFDC), by identifying problems, proposing solutions, and driving actionable improvements.
Define and govern standards, policies, and procedures for data acquisition, validation, enrichment/augmentation, and archival
Collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate and select the best data tools, including data enrichment platforms like ZoomInfo, and ensure seamless data ingestion into Snowflake to support downstream analytics and decision-making.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) in Data Science/Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant business experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, including report design, DAX calculations, and creating actionable visualizations.
Basic SQL skills required; advanced SQL skills preferred.
Familiarity with Snowflake and modern data technologies is essential.
Understanding of data modeling and ETL pipelines to support efficient analytics workflows.
Ability to extract, process, and analyze large volumes of diverse structured and unstructured data to produce meaningful insights linked to business outcomes.
Experience with predictive modeling and ML/AI-based solutions is a plus.
Exceptional ability to understand, analyze, and solve complex business problems with data-driven solutions.
Must be proactive, able to work independently, and take the initiative to find and implement solutions for business requirements.
Highly collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a willingness to embrace new challenges and learn continuously.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to convey complex data concepts in simple terms.
