We are located in Rockville, MD but have a much larger impact, and we plan to grow into new markets every year.

An administrative assistant at DogiZone will need to have great time management, excellent communication skills, customer service experience, a proactive mindset and keen attention to detail.


The Position

  • Handling paperwork
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Calendar oversight and maintenance
  • Assisting with HR duties
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Proactively following up on deadlines
  • Managing and triaging communications
  • Preparing mailing and shipping materials
  • Performing basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Additional administrative projects as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer service experience is a must
  • Proactive and positive attitude
