About the Role
We’re hiring an Intermediate Product Manager to help build and refine internal tools, scheduling systems, and customer-facing solutions that support DrBalcony’s field and operations teams. You’ll play a key role in optimizing workflows, improving project visibility, and helping scale our service model as we expand.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–4 years of product management experience who thrives in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and iterate on internal tools that support scheduling, field operations, and project management.
  • Work closely with field managers, ops, engineering, and leadership to identify pain points and build scalable solutions.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and feature specs.
  • Manage product timelines, prioritize backlogs, and lead cross-functional sprints.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve usability and effectiveness.
  • Track product KPIs and recommend data-driven improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of product management experience, ideally in a tech-enabled service business or operational environment. MOBILE AAPLICATIONS IS A MUST.
  • Strong understanding of product development cycles and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with internal tools (e.g., Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Slack) and/or helping guide low-code/no-code solutions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in construction tech, inspections, facilities, or property services.
  • Familiarity with field operations workflows or project-based service delivery.
  • Exposure to systems integration, process automation, or internal platforms.
