Labor Employment Associate

As a Labor Employment Associate at our firm, you'll engage in various responsibilities including handling California wage and hour class action litigation, taking part in PAGA claims, and managing single plaintiff employment litigation. Your role will also encompass drafting employee handbooks, providing day-to-day legal counseling, participating in trial preparations, and engaging in settlement negotiations. To be considered for the Labor Employment Associate position, candidates must possess a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing with the California Bar. Additionally, 3-4 years of labor and employment litigation experience is required, especially in areas such as wage and hour class actions and single plaintiff litigation.
