Mit über 40 Produktionsstandorten in 16 Ländern in Europa, Amerika und Asien ist Gerresheimer weltweit präsent und produziert vor Ort für die regionalen Märkte. Die Gruppe erwirtschaftete zusammen mit Bormioli Pharma 2024 einen Umsatz von rund 2,4 Mrd. Euro und beschäftigt aktuell rund 13.400 Mitarbeitende.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung und Betreuung ausgewählter Sachthemen aus dem Bereich Legal & Compliance
  • Organisatorische Vor- und Nachbereitung von Gremiensitzungen, inkl. der Sitzungen des Aufsichtsrats der börsennotierten AG sowie der Zusammenstellung und den Versand von Sitzungsunterlagen für Gruppengesellschaften im In- und Ausland
  • Vorbereitung von Gesellschafterbeschlüssen für Gruppengesellschaften im In- und Ausland
  • Führung der Gesellschaftsakten, Fristenkontrollen
  • Unterstützung bei Notar- und Handelsregisterangelegenheiten
  • Eigenverantwortliche Vornahme von Veröffentlichungen im Bundesanzeiger und Transparenzregister
  • Organisation von physischen und elektronischen Compliance-Schulungen
    • Funktion als Schnittelle zwischen unserem Systemanbieter und Gerresheimer
    • Ansprechpartner/in zu Anfragen im Schulungssystem (z.B. Schulungsständen)
    • Dokumentation der Schulungsnachweisen
  • Unterstützung der Abteilung bei Projekten
  • Abwicklung der gesamten Büroorganisation sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufes in der Abteilung

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bürokaufmann/-frau oder ReNo-Fachangestelle(r) , kaufmännisches und rechtliches Grundverständnis, mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Büroleitung in einem internationalen Umfeld – bevorzugt im Rechtsbereich oder einer Rechtsanwaltskanzlei
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie organisatorisches Geschick
  • Zuverlässiger und sorgfältiger Arbeitsstil
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse
