 NSWC IHD currently has a need for a Part-Time Project Manager supporting the Public-Private Partnership (P3) functions at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC-IHD), Maryland.


 Job Description:

Provide program management support and services to support Naval Surface Warfare Center, IHD's Public-Private Partnership development efforts. Work is located at Naval Surface Warfare Center – Indian Head, MD. Situational telework may be authorized. 

Specific duties include: 


· Support planning and document development to include Business Case Analyses (BCAs), presentations, P3 Agreement text, and support negotiations related to the NSWC IHD strategic initiative for title 10 sec 2474 Public-Private Partnership (P3) formation. 

· Develop and coordinate proposal development in support of the NSWC IHD P3 program area. 

· Conduct cost studies and develop multi-year workload projections.

· Provide Program Management support for the day-to-day public private partnership development operations of the Portfolio Management Office to include industry partnerships and new customer development.

· Develop spreadsheets and briefing forms appropriate for the analysis and presentation of information and providing reports of findings and recommendations.

· Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

 Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science, preferably in an engineering discipline, from an accredited college or university is required.

Understanding of energetics manufacturing and prototyping, preferably at Naval Surface Warfare Center – Indian Head, MD is required.

Experience collaborating with private industry is required. 


The candidate must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
