Corporate Communications Manager

As a Corporate Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic public relations initiatives, virtual and in-person events as well as Elation’s social media presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, media, customer influencers, and stakeholders to enhance our brand reputation, generate media coverage, and organize impactful events that engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand awareness and credibility within the healthcare tech industry.
  • Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership articles in partnership with the Director of Primary Care Advancement and Content Manager.
  • Act as main point of contact for Public Relations agency and Events Contractor.
  • Coordinate interviews, media placements, and press opportunities for company executives.
  • Plan, organize, and execute select virtual and in-person events, including conferences, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Manage events, partnerships, sponsorships, and attendee engagement strategies.
  • Support and contribute to the company social media calendar, content plans, content generation and posting to drive engagement and to amplify Elation’s news in market.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR and event efforts with broader marketing goals.
  • Monitor media coverage and analyze PR performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Track event performance – evaluate progress, identify gaps and uncover new event opportunities both nationally and regionally.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging PR strategies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in public relations, event management, or related fields, preferably within the tech industry.
  • Proven track record of securing media coverage and managing high-impact PR campaigns.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with experience in drafting press materials and editorial content.
  • Experience in organizing and executing successful virtual and in-person events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across various stakeholders.

Salary Range: $110,000-125,000
