What you'll do:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed regional ARR targets.
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Account Executives, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Drive consistent pipeline generation, accurate forecasting, and successful deal closures.
Provide invaluable market feedback to shape our product roadmap and GTM strategy.
Serve as a key negotiator and point of escalation, building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Leverage sales performance metrics and KPIs to refine strategies and maximize team effectiveness.
Collaborate seamlessly with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution.
Rapidly onboard new team members, empowering them to achieve peak performance within 90 days.
Guide your team to use consultative sales methods, to deeply understand, and then address client needs.
What you'll bring:
5+ years of proven success in Enterprise or Mid-Market SaaS sales.
3+ years of impactful sales management experience, ideally in B2B or outside sales.
A track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant business growth.
Expertise in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
Strategic acumen in territory management, quota setting, and compensation strategy.
Exceptional deal management, negotiation, and closing skills.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Bachelors degree required. Higher Education experience a plus.
