Leverage your consultative sales experience to strengthen the success of Esri technology with our customers. An energetic and resourceful individual is needed to drive strategic conversations with all levels of contacts promoting and securing training solutions. Your partnership with the account team will result in Esri customers being more efficient and empowered to fully take advantage of ArcGIS.
Esri has a Relocation Assistance Program and can provide support with relocating to the Philadelphia, PA area for this position.

As a Sr. Training Consultant at Esri in Philadelphia, PA, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the experience and success of our customers as they engage with ArcGIS technology. We’re seeking an energetic and resourceful individual who values consultative sales and is eager to drive strategic conversations at various organizational levels. Your ability to connect and collaborate with the account team will empower our customers to become more efficient and fully leverage Esri technologies. You'll proactively seek out training opportunities among our current clientele, especially within government and B2B sectors, to fully understand their unique needs. This isn’t just about selling a service; it's about crafting tailored solutions that align Esri training and staff development with each customer’s critical business goals. Moreover, you'll be a key player in communicating the value of our services to both internal and external customers, helping us continue to foster success across the board. Your experience should include at least 5 years in consultative sales, with a particular focus on the government sector or B2B environments; a Bachelor’s degree is essential, with a preference for those holding a Master’s. We want someone creative, with strong communication skills and a willingness to engage, both in person and virtually.
