About the Role:


The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, enabling the organization to achieve its goals efficiently and effectively. This role requires a high level of organizational insight, problem-solving ability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll serve as a force multiplier, ensuring that critical initiatives are executed while fostering alignment across all teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Eudia's daily operations (e.g., weekly meetings, Board meetings, etc.) through collaboration with the founding team and functional leaders 
  • Act as an advisor to the COO on topics including organizational structure, expansion, company strategic direction, Board communications, etc.  
  • Give the COO additional leverage by leading special projects end to end with the goal of driving operational improvements across various functions of the company (e.g., recruiting, legal operations, etc.) 
  • Chair founder meetings with the CEO, COO, and CTO, developing the agenda and providing input when requested 
  • Represent the COO in meetings where he is not able to attend 


Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years total work experience within corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking or Private Equity.
  • Passionate about automation and productivity.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with executives.
  • A fervent advocate for AI, with a desire to use AI tools to amplify personal and team productivity.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a scrappy, hands-on approach to getting things done.
  • Highly detail oriented, with a good commercial understanding of how a well run finance function can support with decision making and strategic planning. 
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, less-structured environment where autonomy and initiative are valued.

$150,000 - $200,000 a year
The posted salary range is based on our research for companies of our stage and size while in compliance with California law. However, this is just a base compensation range and we would encourage those who are interested to apply and have an initial discussion.
