Work directly with the Equipment and Tooling manager to establish an effective management review system.
Relocation will not offered for this role.
This position will require significant travel (up to 50% travel).
Responsibilities
This position will assist field execution teams with all tooling needs critical to the success of projects. They will be the single point of contact for assigned teams and be the conduit with the tooling depots.
Equipment and tooling activities can include managing inventory and maintenance requirements of the equipment/tooling by ensuring all tooling is logged into our tooling database.
Holding regular reviews with field execution teams to assess tooling needs and the performance of the tooling depots.
Provide technical troubleshooting and training support to field users of the equipment and tooling.
Comply with all documentation requirements required by the business for daily tasks.
Provide field support as needed by the business (as much as 50% travel can be needed).
Required Knowledge, Education, Experience and Skills
A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
A minimum of 3-5 years of working experience required.
50% travel required with the position
This coordinator will support operational and field execution teams with tooling support.
Implement Safety and Quality plans related to daily work.
Perform minor repairs of equipment and tooling.

Preferred Skills:
Basic hydraulics knowledge and experience with hydraulic tools
Rigging experience
Basic electrical knowledge and experience with electrical tools
Familiar with wind turbines and the working environments for wind technicians.
Compensation
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, Inc., it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $58,000-$88,000.
