Firmware Engineering Intern (June - August)

Exowatt is a next generation renewable energy company offering commercial and industrial customers a modular full-stack energy solution that can provide dispatchable power and heat for up to 24 hours per day, specifically designed to meet the needs of energy-intensive applications such as data centers. As a Firmware Engineering Intern at Exowatt, you will work on developing and refining embedded software for our solar power systems. You will contribute to firmware development, system integration, and real-time data acquisition to enhance the performance and reliability of our technology.



Responsibilities:
  • Develop and test firmware for embedded systems used in solar thermal and Stirling engine control.
  • Work with sensors, microcontrollers, and data acquisition systems to optimize performance.
  • Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and improving software reliability.
  • Contribute to UI development for monitoring and control interfaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate firmware with hardware and mechanical components.


Qualifications:
