We are looking for individuals to be part of our talent acquisition team. Talent Associates are the forefront to finding new and extraordinary talent for our clients and for EXPANSIA. Candidates are expected to establish a work schedule to accommodate the needs of the position, with work averaging 20-30hours/week. Our main goal at TalentWerx is to hire both for EXPANSIA and for our commercial clients. TAs performance will be measured by Reach Outs, Screens, Forward to Clients, and Hires.
The proposed hourly rate for this position is $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, with an additional commission structure. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
