About the Position:

Epic Staffing Group is looking for a(n) HRIS Functional Analyst who will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of designated Workday modules associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities.

What You'll Do:​

  • Serve as the HRIS partner supporting designated HCM areas in Workday, such as Core HR, Benefits, Talent, Learning, Time Tracking, and Absence.
  • Provide consultation to HR leadership, building domain knowledge, gathering requirements, providing solutions and impact analysis.
  • Work in partnership with stakeholders to ensure data integrity, completeness, accuracy, consistency, and currency.
  • Support in the planning, design, and configuration of ongoing functionality and new enhancements in assigned functional areas, including business process configuration and condition rules.
  • Participate in the testing of integrations, security, and annual events; resolve errors and validate data migration.

What You'll Bring:

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Two years of Workday experience, including experience in systems implementation, production support, or managing integrations.
  • Experience with Excel and Workday EIB’s.
  • Related Workday certification(s) preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 

  • Demonstrated ability to think independently, analytically, problem solve, deliver solutions and results by recommending best practices.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timeline follow-up and resolution to manage multiple high-priority assignments while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Strong business acumen within a technical environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to adapt to change and effectively prioritize competing duties.
