Your Mission:

💼 Sales Dynamo: As our frontline ambassador, you’ll lead the charge in promoting and selling our comprehensive suite of CU deposit and loan products. From processing transactions to addressing inquiries, you’ll be instrumental in driving our members’ financial success.

📞 Customer Care Champion: Member satisfaction is our top priority, and you’ll ensure every interaction is a positive one. Whether answering questions or resolving concerns, your professionalism and friendliness will be evident in every phone call, email, and chat.

🤝 Relationship Builder: Building strong connections sets us apart, and you’ll be the glue that holds it all together. From assisting with account openings to providing expert guidance on our services, you’ll be the go-to person for all member-related needs.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring to the Table:

🎓 Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.

💡 Knowledge: Understanding of Teller policies, Credit Union operations, and financial services.

🔍 Experience: Six months to two years of experience in a similar role.

🌐 Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and public relations skills. Bonus points for bilingual Spanish proficiency!

Additional Information

Compensation:  $22.50-24.50/hr + aggressive monthly incentives
