Your Role


Als Praktikant:in bei FINN spielst du eine zentrale Rolle in unserem Customer Growth Team. Du unterstützt unser Leadership Team bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Expansion und Retention, hilfst bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und trägst zur Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit bei. Gleichzeitig wirst du die Bedürfnisse potenzieller Firmenkunden verstehen und dich zum Experten für unser Produkt entwickeln. Du lernst unsere Kundenstrategien intensiv kennen und arbeitest eng mit den Key Account Managern zusammen. So leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag zur strategischen Ausrichtung von FINN und gewinnst wertvolle Einblicke in das B2B-Geschäft.

Your Responsibilities
  • Unterstützung bei Expansions- und Retentionsstrategien: Du unterstützt das Leadership Team bei der Formulierung und Umsetzung von Expansions- und Retentionsstrategien, optimierst bestehende Prozesse und trägst zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit bei.
  • Expertenwissen für unser Produkt entwickeln: Du vertiefst dein Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse von Firmenkunden und entwickelst dich zum Experten für unser Produkt, um unsere Kundenstrategien gezielt zu unterstützen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Key Account Managern: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Key Account Managern trägst du aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung der B2B-Strategie bei und gewinnst wertvolle Einblicke in die Geschäftsentwicklung von FINN.


Your Profile
  • Du studiert aktuell Wirtschafts-, Kommunikations-, Sozialwissenschaften oder ähnliches an einer Universität oder Hochschule oder hast dein Studium oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Du bist für mindestens 4 Monate in Vollzeit verfügbar. Bevorzugt ab Mai / Juni 2025.
  • Du schaffst es, das Vertrauen und die Begeisterung bei potenziellen Kund:innen durch deine positive, energetische und kreative Art zu wecken.
  • Du strukturierst deinen Arbeitsalltag effizient und mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Kundenbetreuung oder -entwicklung gesammelt, beispielsweise im Customer Success, Account Management oder in einer ähnlichen vertriebsnahen Position.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C2-Niveau) und gutes Englisch (mind. B1-Niveau).
