As a Part-Time BCBA at FinniHealth, your primary responsibilities will include conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA), developing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP), and providing direct behavior intervention services to children with autism and other behavioral disorders. You will also collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure the effective implementation of these plans, provide training on behavior management techniques, and maintain accurate records of your clients' progress. To qualify for the Part-Time BCBA position at FinniHealth, candidates should hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
