The ServiceNOW Alliance Director is an individual contributor role. The primary responsibility is to drive growth of the ServiceNOW relationship in the assigned geographic territory. Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.

In this individual contributor role, you’ll leverage your 5+ years of experience in the ServiceNOW ecosystem to develop and maintain key relationships with Customer Service Management specialists and core sellers. Your daily responsibilities will include generating new enterprise sales opportunities and enhancing brand awareness within the ServiceNOW community. Collaboration is key as you’ll work with Five9’s Global System Integrators (GSI) and Channel teams, and coordinate with our Sales Directors to drive revenue and field enablement activities. You’ll also have the chance to represent Five9 at ServiceNOW events, showcasing our commitment to innovation in the cloud contact center space.
