Xello is seeking a driven BDR Team Lead to mentor and coach a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) while optimizing their performance and helping to build a robust sales pipeline.
Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operations of the BDR team, mentor BDRs, collaborate on campaign strategies, track performance metrics, and manage recruitment and training processes.
Skills: 5+ years in inside sales, 2+ years in BDR management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong record of success.
Qualifications: Experience in enterprise SaaS preferred and a commitment to team growth and development.
Location: Remote or Toronto, ON, with flexible work arrangements available.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $80,000 - $110,000.

Naturally curious, you have a bias for action and are always looking for ways to optimize processes and enhance your team’s performance. You can handle multiple priorities at once and when issues arise, you are ready with ideas and prepared to execute solutions.
You’ve had hands-on experience as a BDR yourself, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to lead by example and show your team how it’s done. As a leader, you enjoy understanding what motivates your team members, and can easily adjust your approach to align with their individual needs. You have a keen interest in coaching and nurturing a team that contributes to net new revenue within the organization.
