Lead Sales Initiatives: Identify, pursue, and close strategic opportunities, managing end-to-end sales cycles with senior stakeholders.
Deep Client Relationships: Develop strong, consultative relationships with engineering leaders and executives, clearly articulating the value of our AI-native platform.
Strategic Selling: Leverage deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and strategic objectives to position our solutions effectively and close complex deals.
Collaborative Growth: Partner with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction, successful onboarding, and ongoing client success.
Drive Results: Meet and consistently exceed ambitious sales targets, contributing directly to Focus AI’s rapid growth and market impact.
Extensive Sales Experience: 4+ years of proven success as an Account Executive or Sales Executive in SaaS, tech, or AI-focused solutions, consistently exceeding quotas.
Technical Comfort: Strong aptitude for understanding and clearly communicating technical concepts, especially within software engineering or productivity-focused solutions.
Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to develop strategic account plans, navigate complex sales cycles, and successfully close deals with senior-level stakeholders.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to effectively articulate value propositions, negotiate complex deals, and build trusted advisor relationships.
Entrepreneurial Drive: Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to independently drive sales initiatives and achieve ambitious growth targets.
