Foundations Early Learning Center is seeking a Childcare Director!

Are you looking for an opportunity to use your leadership skills to make a positive impact in your community? We have an exciting opening at our location at 7 Magnolia Cove Drive.

Director salary range: $52,000-$57,000, based on education and experience. PLUS free childcare and quarterly bonus potential.

We help children reach their full potential, with school readiness, socialization, literacy, problem-solving, self-esteem and other life skills at the center of our focus. Foundations provides premier infant, toddler, preschool, Pre-K, school-age, and summer camp programs for children 6 weeks to 12 years.   • Minimum of Associate’s in Early Childhood Education, BA preferred.
  • Knowledge of childcare management and early education.
  • Experience in a licensed childcare facility.
  • State qualifications for classroom teaching and knowledge of all state licensing regulations.
  • Proficient computer skills in a variety of business-related programs, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong administrative, supervisory & leadership skills with a talent for building relationships.
  • A passion for providing high-quality care and education to children.
