We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer / Video Editor to join our team.

As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality video content on various topics related to social good. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their video needs and create compelling videos that align with our brand image and objectives.

With 50+ Filipino team members already thriving in our company, we are excited to expand this growing team with new talent!

Requirements

What excites us (Qualifications): 

  • 4-8 years of professional video editing/production experience

  • You should be available full-time with no other major commitments during a typically Monday-Friday normal US-Eastern business hours.

  • You plan for this to be the only job that you're working. No side hustles or part-time work with other companies.

  • Incredibly organized and you have a history of proactively following through on all commitments and tasks at a really high level of quality.

  • Strong English speaking and writing abilities

  • Self-motivated and driven - Everyone at our company has always excelled academically and professionally.

  • Incredibly responsive - We have high expectations on this front.

  • Willingness to get on Zoom and have voice conversations with the team and your manager.

What excites you (Responsibilities):

The range of tasks may include:

  • Creation of lists of video requirements

  • Script writing

  • Video editing and production

  • Graphic design for our website and blog articles

  • Downloadable PDFs

  • Production of materials

  • Creating and/or reviewing storyboard for videos

  • Corresponding with select clients/partners to manage video creation

This role is specifically designed for individuals who have a strong passion for storytelling through video and possess a keen eye for detail. You should be willing to follow-up directly with clients/prospective clients as needed to assist in any sales conversations.

The PH Team

We currently have 50+ team members who live in the Philippines who have been fantastic team members and we’re excited to add new team members to this new role!

Location:

  • We're prioritizing candidates from the Philippines.

  • Work-from-home setup

Hours options:

  • You would work during US EST Hours (approx 8am to 5pm EST) - This option comes with higher monthly pay.

  • You would work a split shift (approximately 8am-1pm EST and then 9pm-1am EST)

  • You would work a Mid-shift (approximately 3:30am - 12:30pm EST)

Benefits

Equipment: The necessary equipment (ex. company computer) will be provided.

Wages:

  • Hourly compensation is in $USD

  • We offer a competitive salary reflecting experience and skills

  • Aside from the base salary, there will also be an additional company contribution to go towards health insurance and additional benefits that you buy on your own

  • Target 42.5 billable hours per week

  • Additionally, you accrue Life Leave which can optionally be cashed in each year adding to your earnings

Benefits

Paid vacation time

  • 20 days accrued annually

  • These paid days off each equate to 8.0 hours of billable time.

  • Expect to use 5 of the days during the Christmas – New Year’s period.

Paid sick time

  • 5 sick days accrued annually

Life Leave

  • 15 days accrued annually

  • These can be used throughout the year or cashed in once per year
