Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality legal advice on a broad range of employment law matters throughout the EMEA region.
  • Develop and provide innovative, practical business-driven solutions to manage employment-related legal risks.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to develop and implement HR policies and procedures complying with local and international laws.
  • Manage employment-related disputes, claims, and litigation across EMEA.
  • Monitor and interpret new and changing employment laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and update employment-related agreements, documents, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in the creation and delivery of training related to employment law matters.

Education

  • Qualified lawyer in Sweden, Hungary or another EMEA jurisdiction
