Job Summary

Responsible for implementing occupational safety, health and environment for the organization as required by law, including organizing campaign/activities to promote occupational safety, health, and environment in various working areas to prevent accidents from work and occupational diseases that may affect employees and/or company property.



Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect and recommend compliance with laws regarding occupational safety, health, and environment to the company's executives.
• Analyze each job to identify hazards of the jobs and establish protective measures and safety procedures.
• Assess risks for occupational safety, health, and environment.
• Analyze safety plans or projects within the organization. and recommend safety measures at work to the management.
• Check and evaluate the company's operations to be in accordance with the project plan or specified safety measures at work.
• Advise employees to follow the company's manual on occupational safety, health and environment.
• Advise, coach and train employees to ensure that work is done without any cause for unsafe conditions at work.
• Measure and evaluate the environment or carry out operations in collaboration with persons or legal entities that are registered or licensed according to law as required by law.
• Suggest methods for managing safety in the workplace that are appropriate for all departments and develop them for continuous efficiency.
• Investigate causes and analyze dangers, illnesses, or nuisances caused by work. and report inspection results Including suggesting ways to solve problems to prevent the incident shortly.
• Collect statistics, analyze data, and prepare reports and recommendations regarding experiencing dangers and illnesses. or the occurrence of nuisances from work.
• Provide knowledge and training on occupational safety and environmental diseases to employees before starting work and during work to refresh knowledge at least once a year.
• Conduct various emergency drills/evacuation as specified by safety laws regularly.
• Manage and control subcontractor and work permit.
• Perform other safety tasks as assigned by supervisors.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety.
• Preferable 1-3 years’ experience in professional safety officer.
• Having experience in the industrial factory will be advantage.
• Microsoft Office.
• Strong in Thailand's safety laws and other related laws.
• Integrity and honesty.
• Big owners- and entrepreneurship.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO45001, ISO14001 & BRC.
• English, written and spoken.
