Sr. Financial Analyst

As a Sr. Financial Analyst at Gen4, your primary responsibilities include preparing and analyzing monthly financial results, developing annual budgets, conducting variance analyses, and assisting with monthly financial reporting packages. You will also be involved in creating lender reports and presentations, as well as participating in M&A activities, making you an integral part of both our Finance team and the overall business strategy.

To qualify for the Sr. Financial Analyst role at Gen4, you need a minimum of 5 years of finance or accounting experience, with a preference for previous FP&A experience. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is highly preferred, along with advanced Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong analytical mindset to thrive in our fast-paced work environment.
