The Senior EUC L2 Support Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of network infrastructure while maintaining the support other IT services, including Cloud Server and Contact Center Telephony (Voice). Additionally, you will be a backup to the IT Country Manager during extended absences, ensuring continuity in IT operations

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our network infrastructure while supporting other critical IT services like Cloud Server management and Contact Center Telephony. You'll be working alongside a talented squad of professionals who share your dedication to delivering customer-centric solutions. As the Senior Network Engineer, you'll resolve complex issues and provide L2 support to ensure minimal disruption to our operations. Your expertise will also come into play as you monitor system performance, conduct health checks, and develop preventive maintenance plans. We value leadership qualities, so this position offers you the chance to act as a secondary IT management support in the absence of the IT Country Manager. With at least five years of experience under your belt, familiarity with networking technologies, and a recognized professional certification, you'll make a significant impact with your skills.
