Responsibilities: Oversee the technical strategy and development of the marketing technology stack, manage engineering teams, ensure data privacy compliance, and collaborate with marketing leaders to optimize processes and deliver measurable results.
Skills: Strong background in software development, proficiency in managing marketing tools (Iterable, Google Analytics), experience with APIs, ETL, and data analytics.
Qualifications: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role related to MarTech; familiarity with data warehousing and analytics tools.

This role will lead the engineering team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the company's marketing technology stack. The candidate will enable data-driven marketing strategies, enhance customer experiences, and optimize marketing operations through robust, scalable, and innovative technical solutions. The ideal candidate is a technical leader with a strong background in software development and marketing tools and a deep understanding of marketing operations.

Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.
Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.
Zone 1: $220,000 - $363,000/year (USD)
