Growth Marketing Intern

This is a 3-month paid internship program with an opportunity to immediately interview for a full-time role afterward. Please only apply if you have already graduated or are graduating in 2023.

Sleeper is a rapidly growing sports platform with messaging at its core. We bring people together over sports and are looking for a Marketing Intern that will assist our team in user acquisition efforts.

We prefer a self-starter that has no shortage of ideas with the bias-to-action to execute quickly.

What you’ll be doing

• Ideating on and testing video, image, audio, and text creatives
• Create and monitor paid acquisition and influencer campaigns
• Identify and test social, affiliate, paid, and content marketing opportunities
• Analyzing conversion and product metrics

Who you are

• You are analytical and data-driven
• You understand trends among audiences ages 14-24
• You can come up with fresh creative ideas on a daily basis
• You spend hours every day consuming sports content

Preferred skills

• Experience with content marketing and paid acquisition preferred, but not required
• Experience working with influencers preferred, but not required
