Job Role: Graphic Designer
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5:30 PM (AU Time Zone)

Who The Client Is: The client is an Australian property investment firm specializing in helping clients build wealth through strategic property investments. They offer personalized investment strategies, access to off-market opportunities, and expert guidance to help clients create and manage property portfolios. Their goal is to support long-term financial growth and security through tailored advice and comprehensive property investment services.

Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and on-brand graphics for a variety of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, email and more. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals, target audience, and content strategy, while delivering designs that captivate and resonate with our followers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality, engaging social media assets, including posts, stories, banners, infographics, and ads, for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Work closely with the social media manager and content team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and audience preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, design styles, and platform-specific requirements to create fresh and innovative content.
  • Collaborate on creating templates for recurring content types (e.g., weekly promotions, quotes, product highlights) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for different social media dimensions, formats, and performance specifications.
  • Edit and resize assets for different platforms, ensuring each piece looks polished and professional.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor content to inspire new creative ideas and keep our designs relevant and competitive.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering assets on time and within budget.
  • Assist in brainstorming and developing campaign concepts, helping to bring creative visions to life through design.
  • Analyze performance of design assets and suggest improvements based on audience engagement and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media assets (including posts, banners, stories, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar design tools.
  • Knowledge of design best practices for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create both static and animated content (GIFs, short videos, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing, user-centered designs.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
  • A creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
