As a key player in our company, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of RFID and BLE tags and automated identification systems to provide essential technical support to our customers. You will be the bridge between our innovative products and our clients’ needs, ensuring that they find the perfect solution from our diverse product portfolio. Your role includes collaborating with sales teams to identify strategic opportunities, conducting proof of concepts, and fostering strong relationships with customer technical teams. With 3+ years of hands-on experience in customer-facing environments, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, you’ll excel in testing, debugging, and validating our RFID and BLE solutions to maintain high performance, reliability, and security. Communication is key in this role; therefore, your ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly will make you a trusted advisor to our clients. Additionally, you will keep abreast of industry trends and contribute to the creation of clear documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
