Licensed Treatment Director

We are seeking a full-time Treatment Director for our evidence-based, community-based service program. This role is responsible for overseeing treatment and ensuring quality care for the youth and families served. The Treatment Director provides clinical oversight, direction, and support to staff, and is accountable for the fiscal viability of the division. This role requires some travel to Elizabethtown, KY.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing direction and performance guidance.
  • Manage staff training, performance goals, and evaluations.
  • Oversee the intake and placement process, ensuring smooth coordination among team members.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and conduct regular audits.
  • Participate in crisis intervention, treatment plan reviews, and case investigations.
  • Assist in developing the division's annual operating budget and financial reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
  • LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC required.
  • At least three years of social services experience, including one year in a supervisory/administrative role.
  • Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance.
