Support the Media Strategy & Planning team in the overall planning and activation functions across the portfolio for Inspire Company Restaurants (ICR). This role will be responsible for ensuring creative asset timelines and deliverables are met in ad trafficking to buys. Additionally, the Specialist will be a key contributor, supporting Managers in maintaining accurate financial stewardship & invoice reconciliation across the brand portfolio.

In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our Media Strategy & Planning (MS&P) team, contributing to the overall planning and activation functions across our diverse portfolio of brands, including Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Dunkin’. You’ll support Managers in maintaining accurate financial stewardship and ensure that creative asset timelines and deliverables are met. You’ll be working closely with both internal teams and external media partners, helping to pull reports, monitor campaign performance, and resolve any discrepancies. As a detail-oriented self-starter, your responsibilities will range from engaging with media vendors to ensuring the creative asset delivery is up to spec. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing and media, has strong project management skills, and is eager to learn.
