Installation Made Easy (“IME”) provides software and process management that enable retailers and contractors to offer installed home improvements to homeowners in a convenient, consistent, and affordable manner. IME senior management has over 100 years of retail management and home improvement industry experience.
The Program Development Manager (“PDM”) is a dynamic role that merges the responsibilities of a Merchant, Account Executive, and Project Manager. The primary responsibility of the PDM is to enhance the performance of both existing and new home improvement programs.
The PDM is instrumental in driving cross-functional projects from inception to completion, developing and launching new home improvement programs, and maintaining robust relationships with our retail and manufacturing partners. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives that directly impact the company’s growth and success. The PDM will have frequent interaction with all departments as well as senior and executive level management.
The ideal candidate is confident, charismatic and has presence. The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with all levels of an organization and be able to handle stressful situations with calm and grace. Additionally, the PDM should have good business sense and be able to apply sound judgment in complex situations. The candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
