Integrated Dermatology is a leading national dermatology practice that acquires and partners with dermatology practices across the United States.  The culture at ID is a reflection of its people. Our environment is filled with hard-working, dynamic individuals who come together to ensure the success of our partner dermatologists.

Our recruiting team is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to focus on the hiring efforts of our dermatology practices nationally.  The ideal candidate has previous experience recruiting healthcare professionals such as Medical Assistants and Front Desk personnel.  We are seeking a professional with a dynamic personality, lots of energy and a true relationship builder with the desire to be part of our growing organization.  We are seeking a reliable and responsible, independent self-starter who thrives in a remote working environment.  If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply!

Job Description

  • Source and recruit candidates utilizing various job boards and methods on a national basis
  • Review a large volume of resumes and select those that present and align best with the job description
  • Screen and interview candidates based on varying criteria
  • Document interview findings to be shared with hiring managers
  • Present candidates in an efficient and concise manner
  • Work with Practice Administrators and Physicians in developing job descriptions and providing sound, professional input on candidates and market conditions
  • Extend verbal offers to candidates and interact with HR on formal offers
  • Serve as a liaison to our practices, fostering relationships, providing the best customer experience, and securing the best talent available

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-3 years’ experience as a recruiter in the healthcare industry
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems. SmartRecruiters is a plus!
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams
  • Knowledge and experience of different sourcing methods and utilization of popular job boards/sites such as Indeed and LinkedIn
  • Ability to get creative and resourceful with more difficult-to-fill positions
  • Must be a relationship builder, able to create and develop rapport with internal stakeholders as well as candidates
  • Customer service oriented, detailed, organized, adaptable and tech savvy
