Job Summary:Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you hold an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you. This role offers the flexibility to work 100% remotely, allowing you to collaborate with an exceptional team from the comfort of your home or office.Responsibilities:• Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.• Provide expert tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate solutions to customers in straightforward language.• Interact with customers through state-of-the-art video communication software and document all interactions to maintain accurate records.Qualifications and Experience:• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.• Possess an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required.• Must have (or be willing to obtain) a dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them in tax preparation.• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.Benefits:• 401(k) savings plan with Intuit matching, paid sick leave, Intuit-provided E&O insurance, employee stock purchase plan, employee assistance program, product discounts, and a free copy of TurboTax Live.• Opportunity to work 100% remotely, providing flexibility and the comfort of your home or office.Salary:Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based incentives.About Intuit:Intuit is a global leader in financial technology, dedicated to helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals.
