Leasing Consultant Apartment Community

As a Leasing Consultant at Investment Property Group, you will be the primary representative for our community at Elevate Apartment Homes. Your responsibilities will include conducting property tours for prospective residents, processing rental applications, securing lease agreements, and maintaining positive relationships with both new and existing residents. You'll also assist with lease renewals and handle any resident inquiries or complaints while promoting an exceptional living experience.

To be considered for the Leasing Consultant position at Investment Property Group, you'll need a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within a multi-family community of 100+ units. Strong communication skills, familiarity with the leasing process, and knowledge of housing regulations such as Fair Housing Laws are also essential for ensuring successful performance in this role.

Leasing Consultants at Investment Property Group are compensated with a competitive base pay of $25 per hour, plus commission on each lease and renewal they secure.
