 **$500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successful completion of first 90 days)**

 Position: Employment & Training Support Professional 1 – Full Time 

Location: Ledyard, CT           

Rate of Pay: $22.00 per hour

Hours: 30+ hours per week

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed

 

Summary:

  • Provides orientation, training, and supervision of workers with disabilities, working alongside individuals with disabilities in a worksite or community-based employer. S/he implements employment plans designed to maximize worker progress and assures job is performed to specifications. If you see yourself as someone who is caring, energetic, optimistic, reliable, willing to learn, has good interpersonal skills and enjoys working in a team environment, Viability may be the place for you!   

Qualifications:

  • High School/GED 
  • Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and a reliable vehicle
  • Experience working 1:1 with individuals with disabilities preferred
