We are a leading tennis instruction company in California, providing high-quality coaching and programs to communities throughout the state. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Personal Assistant to support daily operations and work directly with the owner/director, helping to manage administrative tasks and business communications. This role is mostly remote and offers long-term growth potential.
Location: Remote (Work from Home), but only local candidates from Southern California will be considered
Job Type: Part-Time (Monday–Friday, 4-5 hours per day) (Potential to grow into Full-Time as responsibilities expand)

What You’ll Do
Inbox & Communication Management – Handle emails, phone calls, texts, and messages with parents, students, coaches, city representatives, and business partners.
Scheduling & Rosters – Download, upload, and manage class rosters, update schedules, and ensure all participants are properly registered.
Meetings & Coordination – Set up and participate in meetings, phone calls, and interviews while keeping detailed notes and follow-ups.
Contract & Proposal Management – Complete and submit class contracts, proposals, and other necessary documents.
Data & Document Organization – Manage spreadsheets, class data, and business documents efficiently.
Coach & Partner Liaison – Keep open communication with staff, providing them with necessary resources and updates.

Experience: 1-3 years in administrative support, personal assistance, or a similar role.
Skills: Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in email management, spreadsheets, and scheduling software.

Growth-Oriented: Someone who wants to develop into a full-time management role as responsibilities expand.
Sports Background (Preferred, Not Required): Tennis, pickleball, or any sports-related experience is preferred, but not necessary.
