Your day-to-day will be filled with managing and coordinating the repossession of auto loan accounts, all while supporting our commitment to diversity and integrity. Imagine being at the heart of our operations, handling inbound and outbound calls regarding voluntary surrenders, documenting everything with precise notes, and preparing delinquent accounts for repossession! Your communication skills will be essential as you liaise with vendors, promptly sending out notices and reviewing accounts in legal contexts. We value you for your strong organizational abilities and teamwork spirit, while also trusting you to work independently. With over a year of collections experience in a call center, preferably with a touch of auto collections know-how, you’ll thrive in helping us uphold our Collection Standard of Conduct policies.
