About This Role
Our legal team is looking to hire an experienced commercial real estate paralegal with transactional experience. As a paralegal, you will assist with all phases of the deal cycle; this includes projects financed with low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC), tax-exempt bonds, HUD loans, and other state and local subsidies. You will also closely assist with entity formation, qualifications, entity compliance and maintenance, document preparation and management, title and survey, due diligence, and the deal-closing process.
This position reports to the Senior Paralegal and collaborates closely with the in-house paralegal team, as well as the General Counsel, Associate General Counsel, and outside counsel.
This is a hybrid role with three (3) days in our Midtown offices in New York, NY.

Benefits
The expected base salary for this role is $100,000 - $120,000. This represents the current target and is subject to change. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
