About the Role:
LMArena is seeking a proactive and highly operational Executive Assistant to collaborate with top-level leadership. This is an opportunity to work on a small, exceptional, and quickly growing team alongside individuals who are driven by excellence and a passion for technology and fairness. You’ll help shape the culture and tone of our growing organization by serving as a core operational partner for the leadership team and building relationships with all major stakeholders within our organization. The ideal candidate is a team player with exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. This role requires the ability to juggle competing responsibilities while prioritizing. Daily responsibilities include:
Calendar Management:
Provide comprehensive calendar support to multiple executives, serving as the first line of
Manage complex schedules and serve as a collaborative partner with the broader LMArena organization
Coordinate and manage internal and external meetings leadership is involved in
Operational support:
Partner with leadership on strategic planning and defining team objectives and priorities
Support high-stakes deal-making by managing sensitive spreadsheets and documents
Organizing events for internal and external stakeholders, including itineraries and venue booking
Comms:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of LMArena leadership, proactively responding to urgent inquiries from internal/external stakeholders on the leadership’s behalf
Possess the ability of reading between the lines of information received, and outputting comms to close the information gaps between key stakeholders
Navigate confidential communications with discretion and professionalism, while fully grasping the company’s polices and the executive’s perspectives and values
Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with essential stakeholders across the organization
Ensure members of the team feel welcomed and happy through onboarding events for new employees and regular, fun programming for the whole team
This role will may include some domestic travel
We are looking for someone with strong experience working with executive teams in fast-paced environments, and the ability to handle sensitive information with excellent judgment, diplomacy and discretion.
This will begin as a hybrid role, with some in-person responsibilities in the Bay Area (Berkeley, SF, and/or South Bay). This role may require some domestic travel.

Requirements:
5+ years of high level experience supporting multiple senior level executives
A strong team player, who thrives in a collaborative setting and works well within a matrixed environment, poised and able to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
Proactive, positive and personable with excellent communication skills and an upbeat, “can do” attitude- willing to take initiative with confidence
Resilient, with ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work to deadlines
Discretion, diplomacy and excellent judgment; high degree of integrity when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong calendar management and prioritization skills
Advanced proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendar as well as key applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Zoom.
Comfort working in a remote environment and working independently
Low ego, high empathy, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in corporate event planning
Passion for AI, online research culture, or emerging tech communities is a strong plus
What we offer:
The cash compensation for this position is $147,000-178,000. Actual compensation will depend on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and candidate location.
