Our regional support center provides resources to our hotels for multiple areas including Human Resources, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Security, Group Reservations, Guest Contact Center, Information Technology, Laundry and Communications.

What We’re Looking For:
As our Social Media Coordinator, you'll be a critical piece of our social media team and will assist in keeping our content organized, engaging, and aligned with our overall brand strategy. You'll also be highly involved with community management across our social media accounts, and will work closely with the broader Public Relations team by assisting with media events, photo shoots, and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for an exceptionally organized individual who is passionate about hospitality and social media.

What You Will Do :
• Content Creation: Creates, curates, and schedules eye-catching social media content in accordance with brand standards and guidelines
• Channel Optimization: Assists in maintaining the organization's public image through social media platforms
• Partner Communications: Collaborates with other departments and external partners to align social media efforts with broader organizational objectives
• Social Media Reporting: Works with the Social Media Strategist and Social Media Manager to analyze social media metrics and determine campaign effectiveness
• Community Engagement: Assists with community engagement efforts across multiple social media sites and liaises directly with hotel teams to escalate and resolve guest service issues
• Influencer Vetting: Assists in vetting and responding to inbound influencer inquiries
• Collaboration: Collaborates effectively with team members to ensure social media content meets business quality standards
• Administrative Support: Maintains photography library, develops and maintains digital filing system, and writes and distributes correspondence
• Event/Photo shoot support: Supports promotional efforts for hotel-based special events and assists with photo and video shoots on property
• Other Duties: Supports broader Public Relations/Comms team initiatives as assigned
Your Experience Includes:
• Degree in public relations, communications, marketing, advertising, journalism, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience, preferably in hospitality or travel or in a social media-focused role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn
• Experience using social media editing tools - like Canva and Photoshop - and social media marketing tools - like Sprout Social, Pixlee, and Sprinklr - a plus
• Experience with photography, camera equipment and photo editing software a plus
