Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all phlebotomy services by ensuring accurate and efficient specimen collection, maintaining high-quality standards, and promoting a positive patient experience. Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Essential Functions Plan and schedule phlebotomy services to meet the daily, weekly, and monthly patient and departmental needs.

In this full-time role, you will oversee all phlebotomy services, ensuring smooth and efficient specimen collection while maintaining our high standards for quality and patient satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for planning and scheduling services to meet patient needs, allocating resources wisely across hospital units and outpatient areas, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. You’ll also help implement quality control measures and manage the maintenance of phlebotomy equipment, all while addressing any questions or concerns from patients about their specimen collection. With a minimum of two to three years’ phlebotomy experience and an associate's degree in a related field, you’re primed to step into this role with strong knowledge of safety protocols, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
