Creates long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Delegates tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
Makes effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
Serves as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
Communicates with executives and stakeholders on how the project aligns with their goals
Adjusts schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
Ensures the project adheres to all Diabetes Business Unit and IT policies and standards.
Responsible for effectively managing the constraints of project management: Scope, Cost, Schedule.
Providing technical and analytical guidance and recommendations to leadership governance bodies.
Keeping current on advances and best practices in project management methodologies.
Must Have (Minimum Requirements):
Requires a Bachelors degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Ability to use discretion when handling confidential information
Proven technical project management experience
Strong Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint and MS Project, PPT
