Mercier Consultancy is looking for a motivated Dutch Speaking Consultant to join our IT Support & Cybersecurity Solutions Department. In this important role, you will be the first line of support for our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with their IT needs and helping to secure their digital environments. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive effective and timely solutions to their technical challenges.

Your responsibilities will include providing technical support, advising clients on best practices for cybersecurity, and delivering training on our suite of IT support tools. As a consultant, your expertise in both IT support and cybersecurity will be essential in helping clients navigate their challenges and ensure their systems remain secure.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients seeking IT support and cybersecurity solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical inquiries and issues related to IT systems
  • Advise clients on cybersecurity best practices and help implement security measures
  • Conduct training sessions to educate clients on IT and cybersecurity tools
