monday.com is looking for a Sales Team Manager on our Mid-Market Scale Account Management team to help us drive our success forward!


About The Role

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing and developing our account management team by providing expert level sales knowledge and coaching while also pushing for process improvement and strategically leading the team to exceed goals. 

The ideal candidate will value transparency and diversity, be driven to succeed, constantly curious, and have a passion for collaborating with, developing, and helping others. You should excel in coaching first-time Account Managers on a high speed, high transaction volume approach. Come join our team so together we can impact how teams work across the globe!


Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales management experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience as a B2B account manager (quota carrying)
  • SaaS experience
  • Experience in a high-velocity sales role, with the ability to coach AM's on navigating a high-volume of sales cycles
  • Track record of working with junior/first-time AM's to nurture and develop a strong sales acumen
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills; and ability to build strong business partnerships both outside and within the organization
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Experience negotiating and navigating contracts
  • Self-starter, result-oriented, high energy, adaptable, and inquisitive
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • BA/BS degree; or equivalent work experience

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $155,000-$175,000,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
