Cook II, Banquets, Part-Time

The Cook II at Pendry is tasked with collaborating with kitchen associates to meet production goals, skillfully preparing both hot and cold dishes to high hotel standards, mentoring Cook III and kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked kitchen area. Additionally, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences through attention to detail and creativity.

To qualify for the Cook II position at Pendry, candidates should have a minimum of one-year cooking experience from a standalone restaurant or hotel. Luxury hotel experience is a plus. Strong communication skills, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays, are also necessary.
