We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely. This role is based at our HQ near Cleveland, OH or our flagship office in Atlanta, GA.

The Role:

We are seeking an entry/mid-level Product Owner to drive the development of digital signature and contract management solutions within MRI’s Consumer Engagement suite. Success will be measured by delivering high-quality, innovative solutions that delight customers, drive market adoption, and stand out competitively. Working closely with the Product Manager and development team, the Product Owner will refine the backlog, define user stories, and ensure solutions meet compliance and business needs. They will also manage client escalations, support internal teams, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to deliver value to our clients. Candidates must have a ‘can do’ attitude and be comfortable working in fast paced, unstructured environment.
 

You Will:   

  • Maintain deep subject matter expertise for assigned product line. 
  • Build, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in conjunction with the Product Manager and Development Manager. 
  • Develop user stories, and package the features into product releases. 
  • Promote the vision and strategy for the product line established by the Product Manager and Solution Management teams
  • Perform card break down, define exit criteria, provide test case scenario input, PO acceptance, and documentation approval  
  • Approve test coverage plan with assistance from PD and QA teams 
  • Research and manage client escalations 
  • Ensure clarity on the problem & business value of the solution with Product team
  • Detailed understanding of user/compliance requirements 
  • Participate in and/or lead client meetings, as needed
  • Provide internal cross-functional training/knowledge transfer sessions

  • Experience working with MS Office applications and Jira
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 
  • Effective organizational skills to manage multiple work assignments
  • Ability to work well individually and within a cross functional team  
  • Effective time management & communication skills
  • Property Management background is highly desired
